OUR STORY

## Built from a frustration  
with AI theatre.

Kensink Labs started in 2024 with a simple thesis: most AI projects fail not because the models aren't capable, but because the teams building around them are stacking abstractions on top of abstractions. Framework on top of framework. Demo on top of demo.

We do the opposite. We integrate directly with the LLM API. We write deterministic code for the critical decisions. We ship in eight weeks because we scope to eight weeks. And on day fifty-six we hand it over: the code, the prompts, the evals, and a runbook your team can extend without us.

The lab is intentionally small. Two senior engineers, named on the contract, are the people writing every line. The same people you meet on day one are the people running your eval suite on day forty-two.
