An online education and membership platform brings motivated learners to its site every day, then loses much of that demand to a single inbox. From one URL and zero effort on their side, we stood up a branded AI agent grounded on their own content in 48 hours, then mapped a five-level activation roadmap that takes the agent from answering to converting to acting.
Where they were stuck.
The acquisition engine worked; the conversion and service layer did not. A visitor choosing between plans, a member with a billing question, and a company exploring corporate training all routed to one inbox and waited. Events ran on manual effort, the corporate entry point was broken, and the intent shown at every touchpoint (plan interest, location, referral, topic requests) was visible but never captured into a record anyone could act on. None of it was a traffic problem. It was unconverted demand they had already paid to attract.
How we built it.
- 01Built a branded, grounded agent in 48 hours from a single URL: roughly 100 pages crawled clean with zero errors, plus a curated catalog of plans and programs, on the OU.Chat and Omazy CX platform
- 02Level 1, Activate: an always-on site agent that answers first-touch questions from the company's own content, in five languages, and points each visitor to the right next step
- 03Level 2, Convert: a guided plan-and-course picker, lead capture on every page and campaign, and routing, so paid and social spend converts on-page instead of bouncing
- 04Level 3, Converse: member success, event RSVP and reminders, community routing, and member-to-member matchmaking, turning transactions into retained relationships
- 05Level 4, Act: an agentic operator that qualifies and routes B2B and partner leads, scores fit, books, and files structured records in the client's existing stack, with human approval on consequential steps
