01 · THE PROBLEM

## Where they were stuck.

Global food-delivery platforms ship with global assumptions: card payments, Western CRM patterns, supply-chain SLAs that assume modern logistics. Bangladesh's reality is local mobile money + cash on delivery, supply chains that don't always have a single 'shipment' to track, and consumer expectations that lag global norms. Foodpanda needed the system to fit local without forking the global stack.

02 · OUR APPROACH

## How we built it.

-   01 Payment-gateway integration for local mobile money + card + cash on delivery, all reconciled into the global ledger
-   02 Supply-chain logic adapted to local last-mile (motorbike riders + restaurant-pickup variance) without forking the platform
-   03 CRM integration: local customer attributes (location precision, preferred payment, dietary) surfaced to the global CRM
-   04 Multi-vendor delivery: working with international clients in UK/US headquarters + local operations + payment partners, all coordinated remotely
